Angela Byrns
Angela is 500-hour trained in Vinyasa and Forrest yoga and has completed over 95 hours of training in children’s yoga. Additionally, she is trained in various modalities and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has a deep commitment to supporting children and families in creating a sense of balance and well-being. With years of experience working closely with kids, she has seen firsthand how powerful the connection between the mind and body can be in promoting emotional resilience, self-awareness, and calm.
By utilizing children’s yoga in fun and introspective ways, she integrates mindful movement, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and yoga history to help kids and teens feel centered and connected. Her approach is rooted in the belief that when children learn to tune into their bodies and minds, they gain tools to manage emotions, reduce stress, and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence. Whether working with individual children, families, or groups, her goal is to create a nurturing, fun, and brave space where young minds can explore the joy of movement and the peace of mindfulness.
