This class is open to all levels, so whether you are new or a seasoned yogi this class offers something for everyone. We will start with breathwork for grounding and move to warm up poses and core exercises for strength and stability. Poses are held a bit longer than a breath so you can really feel each posture while gaining strength and intelligence. These classes are energetic, fun, approachable and offer a challenge.
