Paula Palumbo
Paula is a dedicated, certified yoga instructor, trained in Forrest Yoga, with 500 hours of comprehensive RYT instruction and a rewarding five-year journey of guiding individuals and groups on their yoga path.
In this type of yoga, the intention is to move more slowly and deliberately. Students will hold single postures longer to generate muscular heat, increase blood flow, and heighten the senses. Focus is also aimed at utilizing the transformation in body to expand your spiritual and emotional well-being. Her classes are balanced, breath-focused and beginner-friendly.
For over three decades, Paula had the privilege of caring for patients in health care settings, an experience that has deeply instilled in her sense of compassion and unwavering dedication. Now, she brings the same level of care and commitment to her yoga students on the mat.
